Forever.

Forever seemed like such an ambiguous time period to Roxas. When Axel told him he’d be there to save his ass, there to care for him, there to love him forever, Roxas didn’t know how to react. He stood there, eyes wide, staring at everything but those two patient green eyes. Should he take the offer, or should he wait it out and see if there was another one of better value?

Just how long was forever, anyway? A day? A week? Three months and two days?

He didn’t know whether or not he should accept such an invitation. The young boy didn’

Time is vicious, unforgiving, and always bears hidden presents. The metaphorical box would contain either treasures or traps: hopeful promises, old age, goals and destinations, or pain. Why would Roxas want to chance any of that? No, he hated the changes, the wait, and the unexpected that would accompany everything chained by the unwavering, steady hands.

She requested her two OC vampires, Gwen and Derek, in a setting that was a mix of futuristic sci-fi with traditional chinese. Gwen, the red-haired vampire, sits cleaning her weapons, while Derek, the vampire bard, works his talent on the Guqin, a traditional chinese 7-string instrument.

This was an amazing commission, thank you for letting me draw your OCs! The mix of sci fi with traditional chinese design was a fantastic challenge 8D <3

Honestly, I cannot find anything wrong with this. The color scheme is perfect, the shading is flawless, and the theme is deliciously original. I am happy to claim this a work of art. The eye is always catching something new in this work, from the texture of the rug, to the delicate work of the wood, to the silkiness of the fabric. As you study this work of art, you get the feeling of realness, as if you can almost touch the items in that room.
But perhaps a floral design to ease the futuristic feel next time? The neon blue is cool, and all, but maybe a small cherry blossom tree out the window?

ffffffffff the colors here are amazing <333 I love the symmetry, and the glowing table thingie adds a nice touch~ I also like the lantern and how it's blurred because it's close to the camera <3
