She let me design three amazing characters from her story:
Gomé Amun, a tough authority figure in the U.S.A.F. who's protective of those who matter to her;
Ellius "Elly" Nassana, a prankster who loves to have fun but may surprise you with bouts of cynicism
and Ilsa Couri, a technological genius who's rarely seen without her trusty laptop, Jaxx.

I don't envy SrA Amun (rough guess from appearance) -- she's going to have to explain this to (in rough order) the Security Forces, her immediate superior, her First Sergeant, her squadron commander, her group commander, defense counsel, the judge advocate, and possibly the wing vice commander as well! That does not include a court martial, or some lieutenant assigned to perform an investigation of some sort. Punishment may include reduction in rank, confinement (to a very lonely jail), forfeiture of pay, and maybe even dishonorable discharge.
Or maybe everything will get hushed up. Or maybe she'll be the next Ollie North!
BTW, irrigation districts and public utilities districts do not have law enforcement powers, so these suspects would be nabbed by the Fresno County Sheriffs Department. (Tranquility is unincorporated, it turns out.)
